Step 1: Heat butter and saute fresh mushrooms.
Step 2: Season lightly.
Step 3: Add flour and cook a minute.
Step 4: Add milk and mushrooms with juice and simmer until thickened, adding water as needed.
Step 5: Season to taste.
Step 6: Serve over hot buttered toast and sprinkle on paprika.
