Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 ounces sour cream (1/2 cup)
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- Topping
- 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Mix ingredients together and put in cupcake liners in muffin tin.

Step 3: Top with turbinado sugar.

Step 4: Bake at 350ºF for 22-24 minutes, or until tops are very lightly brown.

Step 5: Place on a wire rack to cool.
