Step 1: Preheat broiler to high.
Step 2: On a rimmed baking sheet combine 1 1/2 teaspoons oil and the beans and broil for 5 minutes or until beans are lightly charred and tender, stirring occasionally.
Step 3: In a bowl combine 1 1/2 tablespoons oil, parsley, rind and the juice. Stir in the beans and nuts. Place beans on a platter and top with the feta, pepper and salt.
