Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed lettuce greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced thinly
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese (1/4 cup)
- 4 ounces sliced pepperoni (1/4 cup)
