Ingredients
- 2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled
- 6 cups water boiling
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Mash
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon adobe chili, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon honey
How to Make

Step 1: Cook 2 large sweet potatoes peeled and chopped in heavily salted boiling water.

Step 2: Drain.

Step 3: Add butter, honey and chili's to taste. (Mike's Hot Honey was suggested)

Step 4: Mash like crazy.

Step 5: Season to taste.
