Ingredients
- 2 ounces pumpernickel bread, toasted
- 2 ounces deli roast beef, thinly sliced
- 2 ounces deli ham, shaved
- 2 ounces cooked bacon (2 slices)
- 2 ounces deli smoked turkey, (shaved)
- 2 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
- Slaw
- 1/4 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup apple, shredded
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
How to Make

Step 1: Make slaw seasoning to taste (he seems to have everything separate, I'm adding a slaw it makes more sense).

Step 2: Adding enough mayonnaise to hold it together.

Step 3: Adding a bit of coleslaw on either side of toasted bread.

Step 4: They probably carved meat from the various meats; I'm going deli.

Step 5: Cut in half and anchor with 2 toothpicks.
