Ingredients
- 2 pounds cooked potatoes, peeled, diced (6)
- 8 eggs, hardboiled
- Dressing
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon onions, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 4 ounces sour cream (1/2 cup)
How to Make

Step 1: In a bowl, mash hard boiled egg yolks and add rest of dressing ingredients, starting with 1 tablespoon of mustard and adding more if needed to taste.

Step 2: Add chopped egg whites and potatoes.

Step 3: Season to taste. (It had more salt and mustard.)
