Ingredients
- Seasoning
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 1/2 pounds beef round steak
- Sauce
- 1 cup green pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons shortening
- 15 ounces tomatoes, chopped (1 can)
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1/2 pound baby carrots (8 ounces)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
How to Make

Step 1: Combine seasonings.

Step 2: Mix into meat.

Step 3: Brown meat in shortening on both sides.

Step 4: Place meat in large casserole pan, add all vegetables and sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce.

Step 5: Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Step 6: Until steak is tender seasoning to taste.
