Ingredients
- Dressing
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- Salad
- 2 pounds fresh baby spinach
- 1/4 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 1 pound cooked bacon, chopped
- 4 eggs, hard boiled, chopped
- 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled
- 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
How to Make

Step 1: Combine all ingredients for dressing in lidded mason jar and shake well.

Step 2: Toss spinach with mushrooms with dressing.

Step 3: Sprinkle with bacon, egg, shrimp, and onion placed equally over top of salad.
