Step 1: In stock pot, heat oil.
Step 2: Add onions cook until translucent.
Step 3: Add garlic and season lightly.
Step 4: Add potatoes, sauerkraut and green beans and stock.
Step 5: Simmer for 30 minutes.
Step 6: Add flour to sour cream and add to soup.
Step 7: Cook until thickened.
Step 8: Season to taste.
