Step 1: Heat butter in skillet.
Step 2: Saute onion and celery.
Step 3: Add rice and cook until opaque.
Step 4: Season lightly.
Step 5: Add tomato, olives and water.
Step 6: Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Step 7: Take off heat and leave covered for 5 minutes.
Step 8: Season to taste.
