Baked Chicken Reuben Casserole

Ingredients
- 16 ounces chicken breast (4 breasts)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 16 ounces sauerkraut
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 4 ounces Swiss cheese (4 slices)
- 1 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Step 2: Pam spray casserole.

Step 3: Place 4 chicken breasts in the bottom of the casserole.

Step 4: Season lightly.

Step 5: Place sauerkraut over chicken.

Step 6: Sprinkle caraway seeds over.

Step 7: Place cheese on top of chicken.

Step 8: Put dressing over cheese.

Step 9: Cover and bake for 90 minutes until the chicken is done.

Step 10: Can be served with rye bread if you like.
