Impossible Ham and Swiss Pie

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cubed fully cooked smoked ham
- 4 ounces shredded Swiss cheese (1 cup)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions, white part and some green
- 1/2 cup baking mix (Bisquick)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
How to Make

Step 1: Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 9-inch pie plate.

Step 2: Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in pie plate.

Step 3: Stir baking mix, milk, salt, pepper and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate.

Step 4: Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
