Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 12 ounces hot cooked white rice (3/4 cup)
- Mix
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 ounce parmesan cheese, grated (4 tablespoons)
How to Make

Step 1: Heat the chicken broth to boiling (they probably used chicken consomme).

Step 2: Place heated rice equally in heated bowls.

Step 3: Mix the egg yolk, cheese and lemon juice.

Step 4: Swirl the soup fast and over a fork.

Step 5: Dribble into boiling soup swirling to get it distributed.
