Ingredients
- Eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 pound ham, minced
- 1/4 ounce cream, (2 tablespoons)
- 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/16 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/16 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/16 teaspoon pepper
- Toast
- 4 ounces white bread (4 slices)
- 2 tablespoons butter
How to Make

Step 1: Toast 4 slices bread and butter it cut in half.

Step 2: Meanwhile mix eggs, seasoning to taste and cream.

Step 3: Heat butter and add ham.

Step 4: Add bread crumbs, don't brown.

Step 5: Add egg mixture.

Step 6: Scramble softly.

Step 7: Pile on buttered toast.
