Ingredients
- 1/4 ounce sour cream (2 tablespoons)
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons pancake mix
- 2 egg whites, beaten stiff

Step 1: Beat the egg yolks and sour cream.

Step 2: Add pancake mix, they said you could use Bisquick too.

Step 3: Fold in the egg whites that you have beaten stiff.
