Step 1: Heat butter in covered pot.
Step 2: Add rice, paprika and salt.
Step 3: Stir a bit don't burn.
Step 4: Add carrots and stir.
Step 5: Add broth and cover.
Step 6: Cook for 20 minutes on a low simmer.
Step 7: Take off heat and let set covered for 5 minutes.
Step 8: Fluff and season to taste.
