Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2: In a shallow roasting pan, place pork tenderloin onto a rack.
Step 3: Roast at 425 degrees farenheit for 25-30 minutes in the middle oven rack.
Step 4: While pork is roasting, make the sauce.
Step 5: In a large saucepan, heat the butter over medium-high heat until it's just melted. Add bacon slices; stir and cook bacon until slightly crispy, about 5 minutes.
Step 6: Add mushrooms and garlic to the pan and bring heat down to medium.
Step 7: Stir until ingredients are well mixed; slowly add balsamic vinegar and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 8: Add blackberries, bring heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Step 9: Keep sauce on the stovetop on low heat until the pork is done.
Step 10: Plate and serve immediately.
