Ingredients
- 2 ounces bacon,(2 slices)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon bacon grease
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 slice tomato
- 1 ounce white bread
- 1 teaspoon butter
How to Make

Step 1: Fry bacon.

Step 2: Remove.

Step 3: Dredge large tomato slice in seasoned flour.

Step 4: Add bacon grease to pan and fry tomato.

Step 5: Flip when golden brown.

Step 6: Add egg to pan, this is sunny side up, but you can baste it or flip it.

Step 7: Season lightly.

Step 8: Toast and butter bread, any kind you prefer.

Step 9: Put bacon on toast.

Step 10: Then tomato and the egg on top.
