Ingredients
- 2 cups cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon bacon grease
- Muffin Tin
- 3 tablespoons bacon grease
How to Make

Step 1: Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Grease muffin tins with bacon grease.
