Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 3 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 ounces ham, chopped
How to Make

Step 1: Beat eggs whites until stiff.

Step 2: Season lightly.

Step 3: Whisk cornstarch into milk.

Step 4: And egg yolks, and season lightly.

Step 5: Add melted butter.

Step 6: Fold in egg whites.

Step 7: Bake in a hot skillet. I'm sure it was greased.

Step 8: Cover so it steams.

Step 9: Add ham and then fold over.
