Ingredients
- 14 ounces cooked white rice (2 cups)
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flaked coconut
