Ingredients
- 8 ounces bacon
- 8 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup water
How to Make

Step 1: Cook bacon until crisp and remove from pan.

Step 2: Drain bacon grease saving 2 tablespoons.

Step 3: Add chili powder to hot grease add eggs on top.

Step 4: Season to taste.

Step 5: Pour in water cover and cook to desired doneness.

Step 6: Serve with bacon.
