Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 28 ounces tomatoes, diced (1 can)
- 30 ounces lima beans, drained (2 cans)
- 12 ounces corned beef (1 can)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How to Make

Step 1: Heat butter and saute onions and peppers until softened.

Step 2: Add everything else.

Step 3: Season to taste.

Step 4: Pour into a Pam sprayed 8x8 casserole dish and bake uncovered in 350 degrees F oven for 40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
