Ingredients
- 16 ounces coleslaw mix (1 package)
- 6 scallions, green parts cut into 1 inch pieces, whites minced
- 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 stalks celery, with greens, thinly sliced
- Dressing
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed ,(or more)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 4 ounces sour cream (½ cup)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
