Ingredients
- 2 eggs, hardboiled
- 1/8 cup canned beets, drained, chopped
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/16 teaspoon pepper
- 1/16 teaspoon salt
- 1 leaf lettuce
- 1 ounce bread
How to Make

Step 1: Mix the eggs and beets together.

Step 2: Add enough mayonnaise to spread. I like more but you could do less.

Step 3: Season lightly to taste.

Step 4: Spread on bread of choice and add lettuce.
