Step 1: Get spices ready. Some folks like more spice, you do you.
Step 2: Saute onions in oil until translucent.
Step 3: Add coleslaw mix.
Step 4: And vegetable broth and sprinkle with salt lightly.
Step 5: Saute covered for another 5 minutes.
Step 6: Add bell pepper and spices.
Step 7: Saute another minute.
Step 8: Stir in tomatoes, chickpeas and raisins.
Step 9: Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Step 10: Add lemon juice and season to taste.
