- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 egg, beaten
- 5 tablespoons milk
- 2 cups carrots, grated
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper, to taste
- 1 cup bread crumbs
