- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- Dressing
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Garnish
- 1/8 cup fresh mint leaves, packed, chopped
- 1/8 cup fresh cilantro leaves, packed, chopped
