Step 1: Heat oil in wok until very hot.
Step 2: Add seasoned pork, onions and celery.
Step 3: Stir fry just until tender.
Step 4: Add mushrooms, cook until lightly cooked.
Step 5: Add water mixed with Worcestershire sauce and cornstarch.
Step 6: Cook until thickened season to taste.
