Step 1: Season beef to taste.
Step 2: Dredge in seasoned flour.
Step 3: Heat oil in Dutch oven.
Step 4: Add beef and brown.
Step 5: Add onions, adding more oil if needed.
Step 6: Cook onions until translucent.
Step 7: Season lightly.
Step 8: Add tomatoes turn on low and cook 15 minutes.
Step 9: Add water, (can add beef bouillon).
Step 10: Simmer 1 hour.
Step 11: Add green beans.
Step 12: Simmer 1 hour covered, adding more water if needed.
Step 13: Can add a slurry of flour and water and cook if you wish, I'm not.
Step 14: Season to taste.
