- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 pounds pork chops (6)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained (1 can)
- 4 ounces pimento, undrained (1 jar)
How to Make

Step 1: Season the pork chops to taste.

Step 2: Brown the chops.

Step 3: Put in the 9x13 casserole.

Step 4: Pour the pineapple over the chops then the pimento over the pineapple.

Step 5: Cover bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
