Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Filling
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 mushrooms, sliced
- 2 ounces cooked chicken breast, diced
- 2 ounces ham, diced
- 2 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
How to Make

Step 1: Cook mushrooms in butter add chicken and ham to warm.

Step 2: Lightly season.

Step 3: Remove add butter.

Step 4: Add eggs.

Step 5: On one side add filling adding half of cheese.

Step 6: Flip lid over and add rest of cheese on top.

Step 7: Cover and let cheese melt.
