Ingredients
- Filling
- 1/4 cup asparagus tips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/8 pound crab meat
- 4 ounces filet mignon, sliced thin
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- Eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- Topping
- 1/4 cup hollandaise sauce, warm
How to Make

Step 1: Cook the asparagus until tender.

Step 2: Cook seasoned steak with it until desired doneness, warm crab.

Step 3: In another skillet heat butter and season eggs and pour into pan.

Step 4: On one side of almost set eggs put filling.

Step 5: Cover and finish cooking.

Step 6: Plate and pour warmed hollandaise sauce over.
