- 1 pound cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 2 celery ribs, diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Durkee's famous sauce, (mustard mayo mix)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/16 teaspoon tabasco hot pepper sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- Garnish
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
