Ingredients
- Salad
- 24 ounces cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, diced (3 cups )
- 3 celery ribs, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, minced
- 1 1/2 cups walnuts, toasted, chopped
- 3 eggs, hardboiled, chopped
- 4 tablespoons dill pickle relish
- Dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 ounces sour cream (1/2 cup)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper, to taste
How to Make

Step 1: In a large bowl, combine salad ingredients (chicken through relish) and mix well.

Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper.

Step 3: Pour creamy dressing mixture into chicken salad mixture and mix everything together well.

Step 4: Serve on lettuce.
