Step 1: Put water, salt, lemon juice, honey, salt, cumin and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Step 2: In the meantime, put Orzo in a dry skillet on med-low heat and stir till it's lightly browned. Add to the boiling water. Cook on med-low heat, covered for 12- 15 minutes till tender.
Step 3: While Orzo is cooking, saute onions, peppers, garlic and basil on low till tender.
Step 4: When Orzo is done, drain off any excess liquid and then stir in veggies.
