- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Wet
- 1 egg, beaten
- 8 ounces heavy cream, (1 cup)
How to Make

Step 1: Sift dry ingredients 3 times.

Step 2: Mix egg in cream.

Step 3: Add to dry ingredients.

Step 5: Drop by spoonfuls into greased muffin tins.
