Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons bacon crumbles
- 10 ounces frozen baby lima beans, heated (1 package)
- 11 ounces Mexi corn, drained (1 can)
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, minced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper, to taste
How to Make

Step 1: Combine all ingredients, except bacon.

Step 2: Toss to coat.

Step 3: Season to taste.

Step 4: Chill overnight allowing flavors to blend.

Step 5: Just before serving, stir in bacon.
