Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 7 ounces dried stars pasta
