Step 1: In a large bowl combine the potatoes, eggs, ham, cheese, onion and pickles.
Step 2: For the dressing; in a small bowl combine the sour cream, mayonnaise and mustard garlic, seasoned salt and pepper; pour over the potato mixture and toss to coat. Season with more salt and pepper if needed then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving
