- 1/3 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/8 cup red onion, minced
- 1 cup Fritos corn chips, coarsely chopped
- Dressing
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
