Step 1: Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook onion and garlic, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until softened and then add paste and cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until fragrant.
Step 2: Add cream and bring to the boil over high heat and boil for 2 minutes or until sauce has thickened slightly and season with pepper.
Step 3: Add prawns and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes or until prawns are just cooked through and sprinkle with parsley and serve with bread, pasta or rice.
