Ingredients
- 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup stuffed green olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
- 2 ounces mozzarella cheese, cubed small
- 2 ounces provolone cheese, cubed small
- 2 tablespoons red onion, minced
- Dressing
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/16 teaspoon cracked black pepper
