Step 1: Preheat oven to 375F.
Step 2: Brown mushrooms and onion in butter in a nonstick oven safe skillet.
Step 3: Whisk together the herbs, salt, pepper, eggs and almond milk.
Step 4: Pour over mushrooms and stir gently.
Step 5: Sprinkle the mixture with cheese.
Step 6: Sprinkle lightly with smoked paprika.
Step 7: Bake 35 minutes until puffy and set.
