Step 1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Step 2: In a large baking dish or casserole combine the vegetables (asparagus - scallions); toss. Add the next 3 ingredients (-pepper); toss. Spread the vegetables in as thin a layer as possible and roast in prepared oven; stir once for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender and browned. Just before serving sprinkle with thyme leaves
