Ingredients
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 tablespoon onion, grated
- 1 teaspoon monosodium glutamate
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 6 egg whites
- 6 egg yolks
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2: Pam spray 2 quart casserole.

Step 3: Beat egg whites until stiff.

Step 4: Mix onion and seasoning into cooked mashed potatoes.

Step 5: Mix in egg yolks.

Step 6: Fold in stiff egg whites.

Step 7: Pour into greased casserole.
