Cheese Cannelloni

Ingredients
- 12 dried cannelloni oven ready
- 2 1/2 cups marinara sauce divided
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- Filling
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach defrosted and squeezed dry (1 package)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2: Mix all filling ingredients in a small bowl.

Step 3: Place into a piping bag or large zippered bag and set aside.

Step 4: Add 1/3 cup water to the marinara sauce and place 1/2 cup sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.

Step 5: Snip off the corner of the zipper bag if using and fill each cannelloni placing in the pan.

Step 6: Top with remaining marinara sauce.

Step 7: Cover and bake 40 minutes.

Step 8: Add cheese and bake covered an additional 15-20 minutes.
