Ingredients
- 1/4 wedge iceberg lettuce
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/16 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup roquefort cheese dressing
- 1/8 cup tomatoes, minced
- 1 ounce cooked bacon, minced
- 1 tablespoon red onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon green onion, minced
How to Make

Step 1: Lightly season the lettuce.

Step 2: Pour dressing over the top of wedge and down the side then sprinkle on the bacon, onion, and tomato and garnish with green onion tops.
