Step 1: Brown the ground beef with the onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
Step 2: Drain well.
Step 3: Pour into a 4 quart crock-pot.
Step 4: Add potatoes, carrots, celery and peas.
Step 5: Mix soup, bouillon powder, oregano and water in bowl.
Step 6: Add to crock-pot, stir and cover.
Step 7: Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
